Photo/Digital file recovery software review – PhotoRescue

I have once had to use photo recovery software a few years back. And it worked like a charm. Since I dropped my hard drive, I decided to scour my SD cards just in case. I hadn’t been taking photos in a few months so I knew I would find something. I couldn’t remember which software I had used back then so I went ahead and went with what I thought was the only photo recovery application I had – MediaRECOVERY. What a big mistake.

I bought it for $40 and it found nothing. It couldn’t even find the photos that were still in the card.

I found another application on my computer PhotoRescue and I purchased another license for $42. I was eager to get my new registration code so I sent an Email over and I promptly received my new code (within 5 minutes).

PhotoRescue worked like a charm! It found so much and I was able to recover months of photos that I thought were lost especially some park pictures with my daughter’s grandparents that I was missing. The great thing about PhotoRescue is it scans your disk/drive first before you decide to purchase. You can see if the number of files it found is worth $42.
